Low Profile Fuel Storage and Dispensing Trailer
The Low Profile PETRO Trailer is available in the 1000 and 2000L capacity options.
Our low profile self bunded trailer meets the requirements of the Mining, Civil Construction, Hire Industry and General Industrial markets.
FEATURES
- Safe Fill level of 1000L Trailer = 800L. – weighs under 2 tonne, can be towed without any in-vehicle brake controller unit.
- Safe Fill level of 2000L Trailer = 1550L.
- Inner tank is fully baffled for liquid stability when towing. Outer tank serves as the bund.
- Lockable, weatherproof pump bay with access doors for dispensing equipment. Large enough to accommodate the pump, meter, filter, hose reel, battery and more. NOTE: dispensing equipment is specific to your needs.
- Pump bay is fed by an independent 40mm id suction line with foot valve pre-installed.
- Can easily be customised with added solar panel kits.
- Lockable gas strut lid for access to fuelling area.
- Fire extinguisher (4.5kg).
- Fuelling area features: mechanical level gauge, numerous spare connection ports, industry-standard anti-static fill tube, weatherproof recessed housing.
- 2 x suction and 2 x return connection points conveniently located at the rear of the trailer for stationary applications such as generators, lighting towers, pumps, etc. We provide foot valves for the suction points to retain prime on the suction line of stationary equipment.
- Meets all requirements in accordance with Australia Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations.
- Option for 304 Stainless Steel inner tank for aviation fuel applications.
- Suitable for On- and Off-Road use (suitable for registration throughout Australia).
THE TRAILER
- Heavy duty galvanised dual axel.
- Chassis is independent/separate from the tank module and can be removed.
- Inner tank can be removed from outer tank for maintenance.
- Fully hot-dip galvanised frame, roller/rocker suspension system, large Sunraysia rims, 50mm tow ball hitch assembly, mechanical override brakes, safety chain assembly, rear drop-down support when static, heavy duty swing away jockey wheel, LED light, Stainless Steel roller bars, 4,5kg fire extinguisher, Amber Site Flashing Light with extension pole, Spare tyre and tyre mounting cradle.
- Aerodynamic profile design with low centre of gravity.
All PETRO Industrial 3M, 6M & 12M models are a two pallet wide design with an internal width of 2400mm and height of 2610mm(above bund).
